1.Online shopping:-

Online contracts are classified as distance contracts, which means that the trader (service provider, seller) and the consumer (natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession), in lack of their simultaneous, actual and physical presence enter into contract not by meeting in person (e.g. in commercial premises, market, open-air market, via trade agent etc.), but only in an electronic way.

2.Why Online shopping:-

  • Price comparisons:-

    Comparing and researching products and their prices is so much easier online. Also, we have the ability to share information and reviews with other shoppers who have firsthand experience with a product or retailer.

  • Better prices:-

    Cheap deals and better prices are available online because products come to you direct from the manufacturer or seller without middleman being involved. Many online shops offer discount coupons and rebates as well.

  • Reviews:-

    Online shopping gives you many benefits for reviving the best products. You’re able to compare different products and find the right prices. If you don’t know if you should buy those jeans, read the reviews to see if other people liked it or not. When you buy things at the stores, you don’t get reviews.

  • You can shop anytime of the day:-

    This is another reason why online shopping is better. You can shop even when the store you need to shop at is closed and even if you don’t have transportation. You can fit it into your schedule easily.

    Sure shopping online has its negative aspects, but the positives overcome the negative. From my perspective, I seem to enjoy it more and if you prefer to shop in person that’s fun too, after all, it’s shopping!
